About the role:
Service and maintain HVAC, ventilation and refrigeration systems
Install, diagnose and repair air conditioning equipment
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
Manage service jobs, parts, tools and vehicle stock
Keep accurate service reports and job records
Deliver high standards of customer service on every visit
Mentor trainees and support team development
Join the on-call roster, including weekends and public holidays
Follow company health, safety and quality standards
Skills & Experience:
EST licence, Refrigerant Fillers Licence and HC refrigerant skills
Trade Certificate in Refrigeration Engineering or equivalent
Strong HVAC service and fault-finding experience
Experience with Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric and Temperzone
Full NZ driver licence and excellent customer service skills
