Job Description

Excavator Operators for large Drainage project - North Auckland
We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team for a long term Civil and Drainage project in North Auckland.
If you’re confident on the controls, your experienced in Drainage & Civil Construction and you’ve got great work ethic then we want to hear from you.
This is a fast paced project and the client will not tolerate lazy operators.
What’s on Offer:
Competitive hourly rates, plus 8% Annual Leave, KiwiSaver and weekly pay
•Long term work 12months +
50-55 hours available each week
Supportive team culture and strong on site leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience operating a range of heavy machinery, including excavators (3.5T-20T), loaders & Moxys/ADT’s
Civil construction experience, including trenching and pipe laying.
Experience assisting with or carrying out Drainlaying activities, including pipe installation, bedding and backfilling and compaction.
Follow instructions and work unsupervised when required
Solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site procedures
Class 1 licence and WTR endorsement
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
Physically fit with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
Preferred but Not Essential:
Class 2 licence
Previous experience working alongside Registered Drainlayers on Civil infrastructure projects
