Provide technical expertise and support to clients in the Southwestern US region.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions using AMD's DSP products.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in DSP technology and effectively communicate them to clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the region.

Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients to showcase the capabilities of AMD's DSP products.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for clients in a timely manner.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Continuously gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve AMD's DSP products and services.

Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to the team.

Stay organized and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical support provided.

Represent AMD at industry events and conferences to promote the company's DSP products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within AMD to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Mentor and train junior team members on DSP technology and provide guidance on client interactions.
