Discipline Area: Electrical Engineer with HV bus experience, ability to manage complex projects including coordinating the work of other engineers and ability to create status summaries.

Target Relevant Experience Level: 3-10 years

Responsibilities

• Primary role will be to support the integration and coordination of Energy System org SubSystems (HV Battery, Thermal Systems, Charging, HV & LV Bus, HV Safety) into the vehicle platform, ensuring all sub-systems achieve vehicle metrics on-time, with quality.
• You will coordinate work and quick studies across the entire Energy Systems team including supporting the Energy Systems weekly kick-off meeting including defining agenda topics.
• In this role you will have ownership for integration of all HV components into a HV Bus Architecture, including responsibility for all mechanical and electrical interactions and requirements.
• You will own HV and support LV bus specification documents (requirement documentation) as well as the HV Mechanization diagram. You will work with Functional and HV Safety to define test plans to validate the HV Bus.
• You will bring technical expertise in integration of Power Electronics into a HV Bus.
• You will engage in DFMEA reviews led by Systems Engineers.
• You will be flexible to adapt to different work packages that will arise during the product development cycle.
• You will work within the framework of a strong Energy Systems team
