Experienced TIG Welder with strong stainless-steel skills?
Put your experience to work with an immediate-start opportunity in Takanini.
We're looking for experienced TIG Welders with a strong background in stainless steel to join an established team in Takanini.
You'll need to be confident producing accurate, high-quality welds and working from engineering drawings and specifications.
This role requires experienced tradespeople who can hit the ground running, with 5+ years of previous TIG welding experience and a current valid welding ticket essential.
Location: Takanini, Auckland
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: $35.00–$40.00 per hour (Weekly pay)

Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless-steel components
Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications
Measure, mark, cut and prepare materials ready for welding
Fit, align and assemble components accurately before welding
Produce clean, precise welds to required specifications and standards
Inspect completed welds and finished work for quality and accuracy
Maintain welding equipment and a clean, safe work area
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' previous TIG welding experience
Strong stainless-steel TIG welding experience
Current valid welding ticket – essential
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Competent with welding, fabrication and measuring equipment
Reliable, safety-focused and able to work effectively within a team
