Job Description
To support a growing healthcare managed service organization, the full-time Finance Manager, Texas Licensed will manage financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for assigned JV and MSA emergency/urgent care facility operations while working onsite in Plano, Texas.
##### Key responsibilities
Conduct financial and operations reviews, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of key performance drivers
Lead monthly reporting and financial reviews with hospital partners and management teams
Coordinate the annual budgeting process for assigned partner operations and guide new joint venture implementations
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare finance
Strong knowledge of financial statements and their relationships to business operations
Experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an expert level
