Job Description

To support its next stage of growth, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for winning new partnerships, managing multi-million-dollar revenue targets, and developing relationships with major organizations, working in a hybrid or remote capacity across various global locations.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and close significant partnership opportunities, creating a personal pipeline and achieving revenue targets

Leverage existing networks and outreach strategies to establish relationships with key decision-makers

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and oversee the partnership journey from initiation to contract signing

##### Required qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in youth, skills development, or edtech sectors

Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures

Strong commercial acumen with a creative and curious approach to identifying partnership opportunities

Ability to independently manage projects and thrive in ambiguous environments

Desire for ownership and influence over partnership strategies and execution
