Experienced in marketing operations, the full-time Senior Marketing Operations Manager will optimize technology, workflows, and processes to enhance B2B and B2C marketing efforts in a remote-first environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Administer and optimize marketing technology, including HubSpot and Customer.io, ensuring smooth operation and compliance
Design and support omnichannel customer journeys, focusing on consumer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle management
Coordinate with product and engineering teams to scope and execute marketing capabilities while improving measurement and reporting
##### Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing operations or marketing automation, particularly in B2C lifecycle management
Hands-on expertise with marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Customer.io
3+ years of team management experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience supporting AI-enabled marketing capabilities
Preferred background in healthcare or regulated industries
