Job Description

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, the full-time Transaction Advisory Services Manager will perform comprehensive financial analysis, evaluate deal structures, and act as a key point of contact for clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

##### Key responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive financial analysis to assess target company performance and identify risks and opportunities

Collaborate with the team to evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies considering market conditions and industry trends

Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate complex financial information effectively to clients and stakeholders

##### Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas

Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases

Excellent understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring

Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) is advantageous
