About the role

A Foreman role overseeing all aspects of project delivery;

Daily management of sub-contractors

Driving delivery and ensuring adherence to project program

Scheduling

Preparing site reports

Overseeing H&S

Reporting into the SM/PM

Skills & Experience

Ideally carpentry background or tertiary qualified in Construction Management

2-3 years experience in a management role

Experience in residential or commercial construction in NZ

A driven mentality with a desire to prove yourself

* Great communication skills

About the company

An opportunity to work for an Auckland based main contractor who’s core business focusses on Commercial Construction. With a current project just kicking off in the high-end residential pace (multi-unit) there's a great opportunity for someone to get a foot in the door. This role will likely lead to progression onto one of their Commercial projects and continued progression within the business.
