Job Description

To provide high-quality nursing care remotely, the full-time Georgia Licensed Staff RN II will utilize telecommunications technology to assess, triage, and manage patient needs while collaborating with healthcare teams in a telehealth environment.
##### Key responsibilities:
Utilizes telecommunications technology to provide virtual patient care and triage messages to healthcare team members
Communicates effectively with patients and healthcare teams to address inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on care needs
Documents patient interactions accurately and participates in quality improvement initiatives within the virtual care team
##### Required qualifications:
Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
Associate's degree in Nursing
Registered Professional Nurse License in Georgia required at hire
Basic Life Support certification required at hire
Basic computer and keyboard skills
