About the Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of the housekeeping department. You’ll lead daily operations, ensure rooms meet brand standards, and support your team during peak periods.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibility with working alongside their team on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring brand standards are consistently met

Lead from the front — stepping in to assist with rooms or public areas when required

Create and manage staff rosters to meet operational demands

Manage stock control and departmental ordering

Support recruitment, training, and development of team members

Maintain health & safety compliance and service standards

Communicate effectively with management and other departments

What We’re Looking For

Previous housekeeping supervisory experience (essential)

Strong administrative and computer skills (Excel experience advantageous)

Confidence managing rosters, budgets, and ordering processes

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team

A practical, proactive leadership style

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure

Excellent written and spoken English
