Job Description
An opportunity exists for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team. Richmond (WA) is a privately owned commercial construction and management company with a diverse range of properties and land holdings in Western Australia and Victoria.
About the Role:
We require a dedicated team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic to join our maintenance team. You will be required to have a focus on safety at all times. Working with other trades to collectively complete projects of varying size and intricacies. The successful candidate will be able to work across a number of locations.
Task Overview – You MUST possess experience and knowledge relating to:
HVAC systems and components
preventative maintenance of HVAC systems.
installation of HVAC systems in commercial builds.
safe work practices / commitment to safety.
the ability to work efficiently without supervision.
performing physical tasks.
being reliable and taking pride in your work.
Tools of the Trade:
Working at Heights license
Construction White Card
a valid driver’s license.
Immediate start.
