Job Description

Building relationships with prospective customers, the full-time Lead Generation Representative will identify and qualify business opportunities, coordinate sales appointments, and act as a point of contact for assigned accounts, all while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify and qualify business opportunities to achieve daily call expectations using dialing software
Coordinate sales appointments for sales professionals and respond to inquiries for assigned accounts
Present programs and business solutions to decision makers, addressing concerns and objections professionally
##### Required qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education strongly preferred
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer account service/support
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel; Salesforce experience preferred
Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
