Job Description

Building relationships with prospective customers, the full-time Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify business opportunities, coordinate sales appointments, and act as a point of contact for inquiries while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads to achieve daily call expectations using dialing software
Coordinate sales appointments for sales professionals and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Present business solutions to decision-makers and collaborate with sales teams to optimize profitability
##### Required qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education strongly preferred
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer account service/support
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel; Salesforce experience preferred
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
