What We're Looking For

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC)

3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)

Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model

Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams

Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools

Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
