Licensed Practical Nurse

**Schedule:** Part Time or Per Diem - All Shifts

**Salary:** $23.50 - $28.50 per hour, based on experience.

Shift differential also available for Evenings, Nights, and Weekend Shifts

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated **Licensed Practical Nurse.**

**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities include:**

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
• Assist in monitoring medication programs.
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies.

**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Education & Experience:**

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
• Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.
