Job Description

Our client is looking for Machine Operators for night shift role. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

What we are looking for

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience within plastics manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work permanent night shifts
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Physically fit and capable of lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitorin production machinery

Loading raw materials into machines

Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met

Packing and stacking finished products

Completing production documentation accurately

Troubleshooting minor machine issues and reporting faults

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
