You'll Be Trusted To:

Take ownership of operating semi-automated production equipment

Set up machinery, complete changeovers and fine-tune performance

Identify faults, troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime

Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance

Maintain consistent production output without compromising quality

Identify smarter, safer and more efficient ways of working

Work alongside a team that values experience and practical knowledge

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You don't necessarily need a trade qualification, but you do need to understand machinery.

Ideally, you're someone who

Has solid experience operating semi-automated manufacturing machinery

Can confidently make adjustments and solve minor mechanical issues

Takes pride in hitting production targets and producing quality work

Notices when equipment isn't performing as it should

Enjoys working in a team and taking responsibility

Has a strong attitude towards safety and teamwork
