Job Description

Driving marketing initiatives in a remote capacity, the full-time Marketing Specialist will manage social media, community engagement, and external communications to enhance brand awareness and collaboration within the Web3 ecosystem.
##### Key responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and Web3 projects to identify collaboration opportunities
Develop and coordinate external-facing content, ensuring effective communication of the company's value proposition
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, community management, or related fields, preferably in Web3 or fintech
Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including crypto communities and industry trends
Proven ability to independently manage multiple marketing initiatives and deliver results
Experience in content creation and writing, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
