Job Description
We are a well-established Australian manufacturer producing high-quality precision components, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
The Role:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who is mechanically minded, hands-on, and motivated by problem-solving. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to develop and implement practical engineering solutions. You will be involved in both design work and hands-on problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.
The Role Includes:
Product design and development of new and improved products
Develop jigs, fixtures and other manufacturing aids
Conduct metrological evaluation and reporting
Assist in development of new manufacturing methods
Complete CAD design and drafting as required
About You:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
A positive attitude and strong team mindset

This role is a full-time position, with day shift, Monday to Friday with the option of working a nine day fortnight.
