Collaborate with top partners to develop and execute strategic plans that align with Stripe's business goals.

Conduct thorough analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in partnership operations.

Communicate with partners regularly to build and maintain strong relationships.

Manage and track partner performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the online payments industry and market trends.

Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand Stripe's reach and impact.

Create and present reports and updates on partnership strategies and progress to key stakeholders.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint initiatives and campaigns with partners.

Advocate for partner needs and provide feedback to internal teams for product and process improvements.

Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure partnership activities are in alignment.

Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential partners.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold Stripe's values and standards in all partnerships.
