Job Description
To support a temporary leave of absence, the full-time Product Counsel will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to advise on product development, review legal documentation, and navigate legal and regulatory considerations for fintech products in a fully remote environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Advise product and engineering teams on legal and regulatory matters related to product development
Review and draft customer-facing legal documentation for compliance and clarity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with legal requirements in emerging technologies
##### Required qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Experience in technology or fintech law, particularly with blockchain and digital assets
Familiarity with legal considerations surrounding emerging AI technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction
