What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cutting meat to departmental and customer specifications.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Assisting with stock management and product replenishment.
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistently excellent shopping experienWhat We're Looking For
• Qualified butcher, or at least 6 months' experience working as a knife hand in a commercial meat processing or retail butchery environment.
• Sound knowledge of meat preparation, cutting techniques, and handling practices.
• A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
