We are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, with expertise in on- boarding and full cycle recruiting. This role offers the opportunity to connect talented healthcare professionals with meaningful positions while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional in-home care.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Manage job postings and actively source candidates
• Screen, interview, and evaluate caregivers (phone & zoom)
• Partner with leadership on hiring decisions
• Own the onboarding process for new hires
• Help ensure shifts are fully staffed by supporting scheduling efforts

**What We’re Looking For:**

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to move quickly and manage multiple roles at once
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or healthcare (preferred)
• Organized, adaptable, and results-driven

**Schedule:**

• Monday–Thursday: 8am–4pm
• Friday: 8am–12pm
• On-call support (1 weekend/month + as needed)
