**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Metaphysical Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a metaphysical retail environment, we want to hear from you. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase products, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers with their inquiries
• Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

**Experience**

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Keeps a "positive" energy feel to the store
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in metaphysical practices is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Basic math skills/Ability to make change. You can use a calculator if needed
• Time management/Punctual

**\*We are located in Superstition Springs Mall & Chandler Fashion Center, so you MUST be there on time to open. You need to be responsible to open and close on time. No late openings or early closings! If transportation is an issue or waking up on time, please do not apply. This is also a small work team with a family feel.
