Suzys is looking for confident, fun and experienced Section Waitstaff to join our front-of-house team.
Suzys is a stylish, high-energy dining destination made for long lunches, champagne moments and beautiful service. Think European summer meets Perth brunch culture: warm, elevated and a little bit indulgent.
We are seeking strong section waiters who genuinely love hospitality and know how to run a busy floor with confidence. You’ll be the person who makes guests feel looked after from the moment they sit down through to their final drink.
What you’ll be doing
- Running your own section in a fast-paced, quality-focused venue
- Delivering warm, polished and attentive table service
- Building genuine rapport with guests and creating memorable dining experiences
- Confidently explaining food, drinks and specials
- Working closely with the bar, kitchen and floor team to keep service smooth
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and professionalism
- What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a section waiter or in a similar fast-paced restaurant role
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with wine knowledge highly regarded
- A natural ability to read a table and anticipate what guests need
- Someone energetic, reliable, well-presented and team-focused
- A calm, positive attitude when service gets busy
- A genuine love for hospitality, great food and excellent service
- Current RSA essential
