Job Description

Owning one or more complex compliance program verticals, the full-time Senior Strategic Program Lead will manage end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for GFCO compliance areas while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Develop and drive program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for compliance programs with external regulatory commitments

Lead cross-functional delivery and alignment with Director+ stakeholders across various teams, ensuring successful program execution

Identify and resolve program risks while managing competing priorities and maintaining accountability for operational efficiency initiatives

##### Required qualifications

6+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or related regulatory domains

Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations, including SAM/TMS, EDD, and SAR filing workflows

Experience in navigating complex environments with critical resource gaps and external regulatory commitments

Proficiency in program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and data tools (Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Law, or a related discipline preferred
