Job Description

Providing strategic financial insights, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will analyze complex Epic data to support reimbursement strategies and organizational decision-making while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Performs complex financial analysis and develops financial models to support reimbursement strategies and business decision-making
Collects, organizes, and analyzes financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
Partners with internal and external stakeholders to validate assumptions and advance financial and reimbursement initiatives
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
Experience analyzing contract rates and reimbursement methodologies in the health care industry
Familiarity with Epic data and the Clarity data model
Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments and data dictionaries
