Job Description

To ensure the highest level of editorial quality and regulatory compliance, the full-time Senior Medical Editor will review and edit promotional content while collaborating with project teams in a remote capacity.
##### Key responsibilities
Review and edit promotional materials for grammar, style, and consistency, ensuring adherence to AMA guidelines
Fact check and proofread content for accuracy and adaptation to various channels and audiences
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other editors to support the preparation of materials for MLR submission
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, or life sciences
5+ years of experience editing pharmaceutical promotional materials in an agency environment
Experience across a range of therapeutic areas and product launches is preferred
Familiarity with editorial software and/or AI tools
Experience with anchoring/linking in Veeva is a plus
