Job Description

Supporting the successful delivery of complex healthcare programmes, the full-time remote Senior PMO Analyst will coordinate PMO activities, strengthen governance, and provide accurate reporting while driving PMO best practices and continuous improvement.
##### Key responsibilities
Coordinate PMO activities and strengthen governance for complex IT projects
Produce accurate reports and presentations for executive-level audiences, including status and governance reporting
Facilitate PMO assurance activities, such as stage-gate reviews and project health checks, while recommending continuous improvement initiatives
##### Required qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst with a solid understanding of PMO functions
Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMO/PMBoK, or equivalent)
Deep knowledge of project management frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Proficiency with PMO tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and advanced Excel skills
Relevant experience in project management offices (PMOs) within a government environment
