Job Description

To ensure the successful delivery of large-scale, highly complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project delivery teams, manage resources, and implement standardized methodologies while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage the daily activities of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional development and expertise
Identify potential issues, evaluate solutions, and report overall program status to key project leadership
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required or ability to obtain it within 12 months
Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience
Experience in a healthcare setting or relevant leadership and project management expertise
