Job Description
Owning backend systems for institutional clients, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and scale services for Unified Business Onboarding, KYC Refresh, and provisioning while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage backend services that facilitate the transition of institutional clients from application to first trade
Drive automation in onboarding processes, including risk scoring and auto-provisioning for low-risk clients
Lead the design and implementation of the Organizations Service to ensure data quality and entity uniqueness
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of backend software engineering experience with production services at scale
Proficiency in Go (or similar), gRPC/Protobuf, and relational data stores
Experience in regulated domains such as identity, access control, or financial onboarding
Demonstrated ability to write well-tested, production-grade code in service-oriented architectures
Knowledge of utilizing generative AI responsibly in workflow improvements
