Job Description
Owning backend systems for institutional clients, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and scale Unified Business Onboarding, KYC Refresh, and provisioning while collaborating with various teams to enhance onboarding and access controls in a remote-first environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage backend services that facilitate institutional clients from application to first trade
Drive automation in the onboarding process, including automated screening and risk scoring
Lead the design and implementation of the Organizations Service for institutional client data management
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of backend software engineering experience with production services at scale
Proficiency in Go (or similar), gRPC/Protobuf, and relational data stores
Experience in regulated domains such as identity, access control, or financial onboarding
Demonstrated ability to write well-tested, production-grade code in service-oriented architectures
Familiarity with generative AI and its responsible utilization in workflow improvements
