8 month contract delivering a $5M healthcare fitout.

Take ownership of a project and run it autonomously in a live environment.

The Role

a commercial main contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $5M healthcare fitout over an 8 month contract. This is a sole charge role, so you’ll need to be confident running the project independently, managing subcontractors, coordinating site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely within a live healthcare environment.

The project uses Procore, MS Suite and 1Breadcrumb.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience delivering projects in live environments.

Strong Site Management experience, with the ability to run a project autonomously.

Confident managing subcontractors, programmes, site safety and quality.

Experience using Procore, MS Suite and 1Breadcrumb.
