Job Description
Seeking a full-time remote State Licensed Associate General Counsel in Litigation, the successful candidate will manage Binance.US's litigation portfolio, develop case strategies, coordinate with external law firms, and provide risk-adjusted legal advice to internal stakeholders.
##### Key responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes across multiple jurisdictions
Develop litigation strategies and coordinate with external counsel to establish objectives and budgets
Serve as the primary point of coordination for assigned matters, ensuring consistent communication and strategy
##### Required qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
At least 6 years of post-law-school legal experience with substantial litigation handling
Significant experience managing outside litigation counsel and coordinating strategy across multiple firms
Strong working knowledge of federal and state civil litigation processes
Experience within financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries is required
