Swim Zone Te Aroha Shift Supervisor

We're looking for an enthusiastic Swim Zone Shift Supervisor to help lead our lifeguard team and support the day-to-day operation of our busy aquatic facility. This role combines leadership, customer service, health and safety, water quality, and lifeguarding, making every day different.
You'll provide day-to-day shift leadership, support and train lifeguards, respond to emergencies when required, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for our community. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining high operational standards, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
The hours of work will be
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Wednesday & Friday: 10:00am - 6:15pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
What you'll bring
A current PLPC and First Aid qualification are preferred, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
