Job Description

To strengthen organizational capability and support business transformation, the full-time salaried Talent Development Partner will design and facilitate talent management and leadership development solutions, collaborating closely with HR and business leaders while working onsite with one remote day per week.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead enterprise talent assessment processes, including succession planning and talent reviews to identify critical roles and development gaps

Design and implement talent management tools that guide employees and leaders in creating meaningful development plans and career pathways

Facilitate leadership development programs and team-building sessions to enhance engagement, collaboration, and accountability among teams

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred

Progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership programs and workshops

Strong understanding of talent assessment, succession planning, and change management principles

Ability to consult with senior stakeholders and translate insights into practical plans and tools
