Peregrine Team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Experienced Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our team. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.

Pay: $50K-200K (based on experience and performance)

Job Details

• Recruit and place top Travel Nurse talent nationwide to support hospitals.
• Utilize innovative sourcing tools and strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hospital clients.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of Travel Nurse recruiting experience .
• Prior experience with staffing vendors is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment without requiring constant supervision.
• Must be a self-starter with strong motivation for success and financial achievement.
• Demonstrated grit, resilience, and ability to navigate the ups and downs of the recruitment business.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving immediate results.
