This is a high-impact role where you will act as the technical heart of the group's web strategy, utilizing PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress to build high-performance corporate sites. **The Role**

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of multiple high-traffic corporate websites across the engineering group.
• Take full ownership of the tech stack, primarily driving innovation through PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life, enhancing user experience and site functionality.
• Modernize web workflows and maintain clean, scalable code across CSS, HTML, and backend architectures.
• Manage content updates and technical troubleshooting to ensure zero downtime for business-critical platforms.

**What You'll Need**

• Solid commercial experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of live projects.
• Mastery of core web technologies including PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Professional expertise in WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin customization.
• Familiarity with ModX CMS is a significant advantage, or a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Exceptional communication skills and the creative spark needed to pitch and execute fresh digital ideas.
