Responsibilities

About the Role

We're seeking Process Operators to join a high-performing

production team in a continuous manufacturing environment. This role is ideal

for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, processing,

warehousing, FMCG, timber, food production, assembly, or similar industrial

environments.

You'll play a key role in monitoring production processes,

maintaining product quality, managing materials, and ensuring production

targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

No plasterboard experience? No problem. Full training is

• provided, and experience from other manufacturing environments is highly
• transferable.
• Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor automated production processes
• Maintain product quality through regular inspections and testing
• Prepare and manage raw materials to support continuous production
• Complete production, quality, and process documentation accurately
• Assist with production changeovers, start-ups, and shutdowns
• Operate forklifts and move materials as required
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe workplace
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Champion a strong safety culture and follow all site procedures
• Your Profile
• Current Forklift Licence with at least 12 months operating
• experience
• Experience in production, processing, manufacturing, warehousing, or a
• similar environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as part of a 4 on, 4 off roster
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
