Job Description

RS Worldwide Ltd is currently recruiting experienced and reliable Agency Chefs de Partie to join our growing hospitality team.

We are looking for skilled chefs with previous experience working in UK hotels, who can confidently adapt to different kitchen environments and deliver consistently high culinary standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional chefs seeking flexible working arrangements and the chance to gain experience across a variety of hotels throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards.
• Manage assigned kitchen sections efficiently and independently.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during busy service periods.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Follow HACCP procedures and food safety regulations.
• Work effectively alongside permanent hotel kitchen teams.
• Adapt quickly to different menus, kitchen operations and service requirements.

Requirements

• Previous Chef de Partie experience in UK hotels is essential.
• Experience in 4-star and 5-star hotels is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and different shift patterns.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
