Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Agency Food and Beverage Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service at a variety of hospitality events and venues, ensuring guests enjoy memorable experiences. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills across different food and beverage settings while contributing to a vibrant team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by attending to customer needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to safety and presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation, setup, and presentation to support smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support catering events, including setting up stations, serving guests, and clearing tables
- Bartend at events or venues, preparing drinks accurately while engaging with guests in a friendly manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Skills
Strong background in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments
Experience in serving, bartending, or food preparation roles
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not essential
Flexibility to adapt to different venues and event requirements
