Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality painting projects across various facilities, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared, painted, and finished to meet industry standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about construction painting and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and care
Follow detailed project plans and specifications to achieve desired results
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste properly
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress or issues
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and touch up as necessary
Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to various job sites
Requirements
Valid driving license with a clean driving record
Proven experience in construction painting or related trades
Strong communication skills in English to understand instructions and collaborate effectively
Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting tools and materials
