### **What You’ll Be Doing**

This is a hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You’ll be involved in both core accounting functions and ongoing operational projects:

• Perform **GL reconciliations** and maintain accuracy across accounts
• Track and manage **loan balances and related activity**
• Review and analyze **expenses and financial data**
• Assist with **financial reporting and month-end processes**
• **Approve bills and oversee payables workflow**
• Support various **accounting and administrative projects** as they arise
• Help maintain organization and efficiency in a **high-volume transaction environment**

### **✅** **What We’re Looking For**

• Strong, **hands-on accounting experience** (this matters more than a degree)
• Experience with:

+ General Ledger reconciliations

+ Expense tracking and reporting

+ Loan/account balance management

• Highly **detail-oriented and organized**
• Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, high-volume setting**
• Willingness to jump in and help with **projects and process improvements**
• A team player who communicates well and takes ownership of their work

**No degree required** —real-world experience and a strong work ethic are what count here.
