A growing and well-regarded **CPA firm in Fresno** is seeking an **Audit Supervisor** to lead engagements across its **real estate and agriculture client base** .

**About the Role**

------------------

You’ll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion, while serving as a key connection point between staff, clients, and firm leadership.

This role combines **technical expertise, leadership, and client interaction** .

**Key Responsibilities**

------------------------

• Lead audit engagements for **real estate and agriculture clients**
• Plan, execute, and review audit work and financial statements
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff
• Ensure compliance with **GAAP and GAAS**
• Manage multiple engagements, timelines, and budgets
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Identify process improvements and provide value-added insights

**What We’re Looking For**

• 5–8+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience in **real estate and/or agriculture clients** (strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead engagements and supervise staff
• CPA required or near completion
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
