About the role

As a Bartender, you will

• Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Create and serve quality cocktails, beer and wine
• Provide friendly, professional and engaging service to our guests
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
• Assist with stock control, restocking and opening and closing duties
• Follow all health and safety, licensing and responsible service requirements
• About you

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Previous bartending experience in a busy hospitality environment
• A good knowledge of classic cocktails, beer and wine
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• A current Manager’s Certificate is an advantage, but not essential
