Bartender/Server

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

**Duties**

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar or during events.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking drink supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and attended to.

**Experience**

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for processing transactions.
• Knowledge of fine dining standards and catering services is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to bartending.
