Salary: €37,000 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week

Alma Cafe Limited is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Portobello. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working in a busy, high-quality food environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with company standards.
• Ensure food is prepared efficiently and consistently during service.
• Follow HACCP procedures and maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Monitor stock, food quality and waste control.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experienceas a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• HACCP training is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
