Working closely with facilities and operations teams, you'll help ensure the site remains safe, secure, professional and operational at all times.

Key responsibilities include

• Conducting routine site inspections and identifying maintenance issues
• Maintaining exceptional presentation standards across offices, amenities and common areas
• Assisting with contractor management and routine maintenance activities
• Supporting facility operations, deliveries and materials handling
• Monitoring consumables, supplies and general site requirements
• Assisting with workplace safety initiatives and reporting site incidents

• Your Profile
• We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.

You will ideally have

• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, maintenance, property, building services or caretaker roles
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Basic computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
• A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
• Due to the nature of the environment, candidates must be willing to undergo background screening and be eligible to obtain NV1 clearance.
